About V-snab company

In 2012 V-snab company was allocated as an independent business unit from a production holding. Main goal of the company is a professional metalworking of metal sheets on progressive equipment for companies and individual entrepreneurs.

TV-snab company is working according to European requirements and norms applicable to production organizations. Tosnenskiy district of the Leningrad region is located far away from big city’s traffic jams but at the same time has convenient connection to the federal highway M10 “Russia”. Transport removal from Saint-Petersburg is only 80 km, to Moscow it takes a bit more than 600 km.

Realizing individual project V-snab company constructed production workshops with possibility of fool-year heating, non-stop power supply, thought-out natural and high-quality electric lighting. All workshops of V-snab and all production stages are staying under permanent video-monitoring, protected by fire-safety alarms and outsourced security.

From 2012 to 2017 we were building modern technological park and collected all necessary equipment from recognized industry leaders.

For example, German sheet bending press Trubend 5130 with six backside bearing axis, working in computerized numerical control (CNC) mode, with processing length of 3,2 meters and forcing of 1300 kN, automatic bending control sensor of bending and with full range of intelligent solutions which are worth to be talked more.

Partners of V-snab company, which had experience of placing orders for metal bending services, noticed a difference in the results, velocity, accuracy and expansive opportunities of new equipment.

No one modern metalworking enterprise can be imagined without high-duty laser metal cutter such as TruLaser 5030 fiber, with capacity of 8kW. According to your sketches, in automatic mode we will carry out accurate laser pattern cutting of metal sheets with wide range of thicknesses using nitrogen, oxygen or air. Velocity of our laser metal cutter inspires respect and merited recognition among competitors.

Office staff of V-snab company is ready to help our clients to develop new products. We can do design-and-engineering job, prepare project documentation and adapt it to our equipment.

Finished items can be subjected to additional treating, marking and bundling by our workers and after can be transferred for secure storage in our warehouses. Each day we forward finished products from our parent enterprise to Russian and foreign clients.
